Job summary

America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a General Manager in Paramus, NJ to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional patient and associate experiences. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company standards.

As the leader, you’ll coach staff, partner with the Doctor to deliver top-tier eye care, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ABO & NCLE Certification required or preferred.
• 5+ years of retail leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, staffing, inventory, planning and policy compliance.
• Lead, train, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service and performance.
• Monitor store performance and guide staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure highest level of patient care.
• Maintain accurate reporting and open communication with district leadership.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent and manage schedules according to business needs.
