Job summary

Lakeview Center seeks a licensed human services professional to lead direct care teams in Northwest Florida. The position requires a Master’s Degree and a Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) with at least two years of clinical experience.

You will provide individualized mental health, substance use and co-occurring services, while mentoring Bachelor’s level staff and ensuring compliance with laws and organizational standards. A strong consultant role awaits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related human services field.
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two years of experience with mental health/substance use.
• Ability to provide integrated mental health and co-occurring services.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct care with high responsibility and independent judgment.
• Conduct assessment and treatment planning for clients.
• Provide direct services and management of risk and safety.
• Mentor and consult with Bachelor’s level staff.
