Job summary

Lakeview Center, Northwest Florida, is seeking a Master’s-level clinician to provide advanced, client-centered therapeutic services with direct care responsibilities. The role requires a valid Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) and at least two years of related experience, with a daytime hybrid schedule and on-call rotation.

Compensation includes a salary range of $56,672–$62,800 per year plus supplemental pay up to 10% for MRT, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two years of experience working with individuals who have mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform work requiring advanced knowledge in human services and provide client-centered therapeutic services.
• Deliver assessment, safety planning, direct service provision, person-centered services and management of client risk.
