Lakeview Center Overview

$1000 Sign on Bonus. Lakeview Center is a part of the Federal Loan Repayment Program - HRSA.gov. Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses.

Responsibilities

The primary duty is the performance of work requiring advanced knowledge (Master's Degree, License/Certification, and at least two years of experience) in Human Services. The position requires using advanced knowledge to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment in providing highest quality client-centered therapeutic services. The role also serves as consultant and mentor to Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians. The position is a lead in the provision of direct care, ensuring services are performed and documented in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Therapeutic services include assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person-centered services, and management of client risk and safety.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two (2) years of experience working with adolescents and/or adults who have mental health, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring or developmental disabilities.
• Or completion of a master's program internship at Lakeview Center associated with an accredited counseling program may substitute the two (2) years of post-graduate experience.
• Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals and families.
• Must pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate and a Level II background screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence, a good driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy.

Compensation

Salary Range: $56,672 to $62,816 per year with an additional supplemental pay (up to 10% of base pay) for Co-Responder Team Members.
