Job summary

Lakeview Center in Florida seeks a qualified behavioral health professional with a Master’s degree and a Florida license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) to provide direct client services in a high-responsibility setting. You will perform assessments, safety planning, and risk management while delivering integrated mental health and substance use treatment.

The role requires at least two years’ experience in mental health or co-occurring disorders and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation or related field.
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two years’ experience with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to provide integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services.
• Pass state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced therapeutic services and document in compliance with laws and regulations and agency standards.
• Conduct assessments and safety planning for clients.
• Provide direct client services and manage risk with person-centered approaches.
• Deliver integrated mental health and substance use treatment to clients and families.
