LifeView Group is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults and children with mental health or substance use needs. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct care, mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The position requires CPI capability, license, and CPR certification, with a base pay for hourly work and potential shift differentials. Background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Must have a valid license as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Must be certified in CPR.
• Must be able to effectively perform client/patient behavior management techniques (CPI) with appropriate training.
• Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, treatment planning and direct service provision.
• Provide client-centered therapeutic services in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Serve as a consultant/mentor to other staff in delivering care.
