Zusammenfassung

Amsive is seeking a Lettershop Supervisor in Bolingbrook, IL to lead daily mail inserting operations and supervise the team. You will train operators, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure mail accuracy and on-time delivery per USPS requirements.

You will work with BlueCrest, Flowmaster, MSE, and other high-speed inserters in a regulated print/mail environment, with OT as needed and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of production experience in direct mail or printing.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on setup, operation and troubleshooting of mail inserting equipment (BlueCrest, Flowmaster, MSE).

Aufgaben

• Lead daily work for operators and production support staff based on priorities and skills.
• Execute production schedules and monitor throughput and labor hours.
• Coach and train operators on equipment operation, setup, and safety.
• Support setup and operation of cut-sheet and roll-fed inserting equipment.
• Review tickets, verify materials and mail meet USPS requirements.
• Perform first-piece approvals and quality checks; document results.
• Coordinate repairs with Maintenance and ensure routine maintenance is completed.
