Job summary

Amsive in Greenville, SC is seeking a Lettershop Supervisor to lead the insert team in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled production environment. You will oversee mail inserting equipment operation, ensure quality and on-time output, and drive production schedules with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will collaborate with Prepress, Print and Mail teams, perform ERP data entry for labor and materials, and mentor hourly staff to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mail or print as lead/supervisor.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lettershop/ Mail Inserting Department
• Operate and maintain mail inserting equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Handle cut-sheet and roll paper stock jobs
• Execute production schedules for insert area
• Collaborate with other departments on workflows
• Enter job data in ERP for labor tracking
