Clio is seeking a Manager, Legal Architecture, SMB to build and lead a team of Legal Architects supporting Clio's SMB sales motion. This remote role is based in Chicago and reports to the Director of Legal Architecture.

You will hire, coach, and develop the team, design coverage strategy, and stay hands-on with strategic accounts and product launches. You will drive enablement programs, translate field insights into product direction, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and

• Proven people leadership experience in go-to-market, sales, consulting, or legal tech roles.
• Strong ability to coach and develop a team of professionals.

Mansioni

• Lead and hire a six-person Legal Architect team across Mid Market, Government, Velocity, and Strategic.
• Own coverage model and capacity planning for high-touch, high-value deals.
• Lead select strategic accounts and marquee product launches.
• Scale enablement programs—demos, prompt libraries, playbooks and practice-area content.
