Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Learning Development and Delivery professional to manage site training requests, deliver programs, and track completion in mySpark.

The role partners with site leaders to ensure readiness of new hires and supports adoption of new training technologies like Birdy. This position emphasizes instructional delivery, program coordination, and developing leaders for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in training or learning delivery
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience
• Must be certified or willing to be certified in all PIT equipment within 120 days

Responsibilities

• Primary training contact for site training requests, questions, and issues
• Delivers learning programs using materials provided by Learning COE
• Logs training completions in the Learning Management System (mySpark) and follows up with managers
• Coordinates with site leadership to ensure new hires are ready to perform
• Attends Train the Trainer sessions and becomes certified to teach programs
• Develops and trains to Lead Associate-level to oversee warehouse areas and fill operational leadership gaps
