Rite of Passage Brand is seeking an ORR Clinician at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona. The role requires coordinating clinical services, performing mental health assessments, and delivering counseling while ensuring student safety and compliance with ORR program standards.

Onsite housing and meals are provided along with a supportive team environment. Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in social work or related field, licensure eligibility (LMSW/LAC), and are prepared for background

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with direct clinical experience.
• Must be eligible for licensure (LMSW, LAC, etc.).
• Pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical services and conduct mental health assessments.
• Provide counseling interventions and monitor student well-being.
• Assess safety for release to a sponsor and document care.
• Train new clinicians and respond to crises with timely interventions.
