Boh Bros. Construction Co., L.L.C. seeks a Layout Party Chief to supervise survey activities on multiple sites and ensure layout accuracy to designs. You will coordinate with superintendents and foremen, mentor technicians, and ensure data integrity and documentation.

Candidates should have 3+ years in construction layout, strong instrument proficiency (Topcon, GPS, Carlson), and a valid driver's license. Travel to sites may be required; safety and accurate records are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 3 years of field surveying experience in construction layout.
• Survey expertise across heavy civil projects and ability to lead junior staff.
• Proficient with survey instruments and data management; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs all phases of survey work on multiple construction jobsites.
• Coordinate work with job site Superintendents, Foremen, and other Party Chiefs.
• Trains and mentors Layout Technicians.
• Uses equipment such as Total Station (Topcon), GPS, Spinning Lasers, Level, and Data Collectors.
• Maintains field notebook documentation and checks measurements from office staff and technicians.
• Maintains As-Built drawings as required.
• Performs layout duties as needed by the Senior Layout Manager.
