Job summary

Mosquito Squad is seeking an Experienced Lawn Technician for Chattanooga, TN. The role is full-time with hourly pay of $23–$25, DOE, and weekly pay. You will service residential lawns, assess turf, and help customers while representing Lawn Squad professionally.

• Lawn care experience required.
• Must be 21+ with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willing to obtain CO3 Pesticide Applicator license (we support you).
• Pass background check and state licensing test.
• Knowledge of grasses, weeds and herbicide safety.

Responsibilities

• Service 15-20 residential lawns daily with efficiency.
• Diagnose turf conditions and decide on fertilizer and weed control.
• Build relationships with homeowners and represent Lawn Squad professionally.
• Identify and communicate upsell opportunities honestly.
• Operate zero-turn equipment and power tools.

Experienced Lawn Technician — Lawn Squad Chattanooga Full-Time | $23-25/hr DOE | Weekly Pay | Chattanooga, TN

What You'll Do

• Service 15-20 residential lawns per day with efficiency and care
• Diagnose turf conditions and make the right call on fertilizer and weed control
• Build relationships with homeowners and represent Lawn Squad professionally
• Identify and communicate upsell opportunities honestly and confidently
• Operate zero-turn equipment and power application tools

Requirements

• Lawn care experience required
• Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work full days outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to obtain a CO3 Pesticide Applicator license (we support you through this)
• Pass background check and state licensing test
• Knowledge of warm and cool season grasses, common weeds, and herbicide safety

Preferred

• Zero-turn mower experience
• Customer service or field sales experience
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Schedule
