Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but training provided.
• Ability to carry 40 lbs bags.
• Ability to ride ride-on machines.
• 1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker.
• Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bonuses - $500 (half at start and half at 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
• Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
• Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
• NO mowing or landscaping
