Job summary

Lawn Doctor in Chattanooga, TN is hiring reliable Lawn Care Technicians to join our Chattanooga crew. We provide the equipment, culture, and training to help you succeed, whether you are an experienced professional or looking to learn a valuable trade.

You will apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns, drive a company service vehicle, and educate customers on lawn health and services. No mowing or landscaping is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and ride ride-on machines.
• 1–3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker.
• License with CO3/CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license can sign at higher pay (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to lawns (residential and commercial).
• Drive a company service vehicle across the Chattanooga area.

What You Will Do

• Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
• Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
• NO mowing or landscaping

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
• Ability to carry 40 lbs bags
• Ability to ride ride on machines
• 1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker
• Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bones- $500 ( half at start and half at 60 days)

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
