Lawn Squad is seeking a Lawn Technician to apply lawn care treatments on an assigned route, interact with customers, and ensure safe, accurate service. After training, you’ll work independently using a company vehicle and equipment, enjoying outdoor work and customer interaction.

The role suits someone who values hands-on outdoor duties, teamwork with the branch, and meeting daily route expectations, with full-time hours Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently after training
• Reliable and able to meet daily route expectations

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments using proper equipment and techniques
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic service questions
• Explain Lawn Squad programs and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Complete service calls following company procedures
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized vehicles and equipment
• Document treatments and stay in communication with customers to help prevent lawn issues
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Coordinate with branch staff as needed to support customer needs
