Job summary

Rainbow International in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a Large Loss Project Manager to lead sizable restoration estimates for insurance claims. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate with customers and supervisors, and produce accurate estimates using recognized software.

The ideal candidate has restoration/construction knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with Xactimate and Symbility, plus IICRC certifications.

Responsibilities

• You are proficient in water restoration, fire damage procedures and construction knowledge for estimate creation.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all estimates and rebuild projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries and make appropriate corrections to estimates according to Rainbow International's process.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Knowledge in local governing bodies for permitting and licensing issues.
• Hands on management of projects and budgets throughout their lifespan.
• Disciplined and structured to adhere to scheduling.
