Job summary

Merit Restorations is seeking a Large Loss Project Manager to lead the estimation and management of complex restoration projects valued at $50,000 to $1 million+ for both residential and commercial structures. You will plan, schedule, and supervise work, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with insureds, adjusters, and carrier partners to optimize outcomes and minimize risk, while maintaining high client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Three years Insurance Restoration experience preferred; commercial a plus.
• Able to read and interpret building plans and specs.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with insureds and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute residential/commercial restoration from scope to finish.
• Manage budgets and ensure gross profit margins per standards.
• Monitor deadlines, progress, and quality across multiple projects.
• Interface with clients, adjusters, and insurers throughout estimating and execution.
