Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–12 months in general grounds maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lead role experience preferred (1 year).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Directs assigned landscape team.
• Maintains daily log of assignments and tasks.
• Performs lawn and landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding.
• Watering, pruning, trash removal.
• Ensures safety and policy compliance.
