The role requires a licensed landscape architect with 5–10 years of private-sector experience, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, and proficiency in Photoshop and MS Office. A client-focused, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years in a private sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team activities and guides design development.
• Manages initiation, research, programming, and conceptualization.
• Coordinates and approves materials, presentations, and design reviews.
• Oversees CAD production, drawings, specs, and document control.
• Monitors budgets, takesoffs, and construction document reviews.
