Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Leadsman in the Houston area to oversee installation and maintenance of landscape and irrigation systems. You will supervise 2–4 crew members, ensure safety, and direct tasks such as planting, sod installation, and sprinkler setup.

The role emphasizes adherence to OSHA standards, site safety, and timely project completion. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus; 5+ years' relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
• 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred.
• Able to lead and direct a crew of 2 to 4 people.
• Practice workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools to lay sod, plant, water, fertilize, dig, and install sprinklers.
• Ensure crew attends weekly tailgate safety meetings.
• Follow safety standards and review hazards.
• Maintain hazardous communication folder with chemical forms.
• Report unsafe activities and accidents per policy.
• Support on-time project completion with quality and safety.
