Job summary

Green View is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to guide high‑impact installations for residential and commercial sites across Central Illinois. You’ll read blueprints, plan materials, supervise your crew, and keep safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of landscape installation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate equipment. CDL/Class C license a plus; outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape installation experience, including pavers, walls, grading, and plantings.
• Strong leadership and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on.
• Ability to read blueprints and plan job site layouts.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact landscape installations with your team.
• Read blueprints, plan materials and phases, and ensure workers have tools and support.
• Collaborate with project consultants and guide on-site client conversations.
• Train new team members and enforce safety on the job site.
• Resolve on-site challenges to keep projects moving smoothly.
