Green View is a family-owned landscaping company in Central Illinois, hiring a Foreman to lead a mowing crew and train your team while keeping homes and businesses looking sharp.

You will direct mowing, edging, pruning, and weed control and oversee equipment use and safety. This role requires lifting 50–75 lbs, outdoor work in all weather, and willingness to handle snow operations in winter.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn/grounds maintenance with a willingness to lead.
• Comfortable directing a crew and holding people to quality standards.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work outside in all weather.
• Available for snow operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead mowing crew and manage daily routes and workflows.
• Train crew on technique, equipment and safety.
• Inspect equipment before each job and enforce safety standards.
• Handle on-site client questions and make field adjustments as needed.
• Assist with snow removal in winter.
