Job summary

You will lead a team in executing various landscape projects, guiding client conversations, and training new hires. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in landscape installation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. The position offers health insurance and paid time off, with typical hours from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of landscape installation experience, including pavers, retaining walls, grading, and plantings.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on.
• Confidence reading blueprints and planning job site layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape installations for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure crew has necessary tools and equipment for success.
