Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: 2-3 years in the landscaping industry
• Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership preferred
• Licensing/Certification: Valid driver's license; DOT medical card or equipment certifications a plus
• Skills: Landscape installation, enhancement, and maintenance methods including planting, grading, irrigation basics
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a crew in a dynamic field environment
• Proficient in safe use of landscape construction tools and equipment
• Skilled at adjusting crew assignments and schedules
• Excellent at prioritizing daily tasks and maintaining records
• Clear, professional verbal communication with crew and clients
• High attention to detail and safety processes

Responsibilities

• Project management and daily task planning based on designs and schedule
• Crew supervision and development with hands-on instruction and safety enforcement
• Installation execution of plant material, turf, mulch, hardscape features, and irrigation
• Quality control, site cleanliness, safety compliance, and material tracking
• Customer communication and problem solving with Operations Managers or clients
