Job summary

All Phase Landscape and Excavation in Chester, CA is seeking a strong crew leader to run our second installation crew. The role covers landscape installation projects, irrigation systems, sod, shrubs and trees from mobilization through final cleanup.

You will supervise a crew of three laborers, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with the owner, and help develop crew members for long-term growth within the company. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven landscape installation experience (irrigation, sod, shrubs and trees) beyond basic maintenance.
• Experience leading, supervising, or training a crew of 2+ people.
• Ability to manage a project from mobilization through final cleanup.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Chester, CA sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3 laborers on landscape installation projects in Chester, CA and surrounding areas.
• Manage the full installation process: irrigation, sod, shrubs, trees, and related work.
• Keep the crew on schedule, maintain quality standards on every job.
• Communicate daily job status and site needs to the owner.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site at all times.
• Enforce equipment use and site safety protocols.
