Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a hands-on Landscape Install Leader to guide our crew in creating premium outdoor spaces across the Triangle. You will work closely with designers and the operations team to bring high-end landscapes from plans to thriving installations.

The role requires 2+ years in landscape installation, strong teamwork, and the ability to operate equipment. A valid driver’s license and safety-focused mindset are a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years landscape installation experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment and drive light-duty dump trucks.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 teammates.
• Turn detailed landscape designs into real, stunning gardens.
• Track daily tasks, hours, and materials like a pro.
• Communicate with the production manager to keep projects running smoothly.
