Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Hardscape Crew Leader to guide a 2-4 person crew on hardscape installations. You will read designs, orders and blueprints, coordinate materials, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality work and safety on site.

This full-time, in-person role requires 3-5 years of hardscape experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the Triangle area. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hardscape installation experience
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to work in-person in North Carolina
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment
• Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with hardscape crew of 2-4 team members
• Complete daily task logs and hour tracking
• Read designs, work orders, and blueprints for each project
• Confirm and order materials for each assigned project
• Operate equipment not limited to mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saw, grinder, plate compactor
• Drive light duty dump truck and adhere to proper trailering methods
• Check and maintain equipment and trucks
• Organize shop and trucks to keep an orderly work environment
• Communicate and coordinate with production manager for assigned project tasks
