Currin Outdoor Living seeks a Landscape Garden Install Leader to manage a crew and bring high-end designs to life across the Triangle in Raleigh. You will transform detailed landscape plans into thriving, beautiful outdoor spaces.

The role requires hands-on leadership, plant passion, and the ability to oversee daily tasks, safety, and timelines with the crew and designers. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2 years landscape installation experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the crew and production manager.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• A passion for plants, teamwork, and creating beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape crew of 2–4 teammates.
• Turn detailed landscape designs into real, stunning gardens.
• Track daily tasks, hours, and materials.
• Operate landscape equipment and light trucks safely.
• Coordinate with the production manager to keep projects on schedule.
