Job summary

Five Seasons Landscape/Ruppert Landscape in Columbus, OH is seeking a Landscape Installation Field Manager to lead a 2-4 person crew through all phases of landscape installation, including trees, shrubs, perennials, and hardscapes. The role oversees project scope from start to finish to guarantee quality and client satisfaction.

Applicants should have 3+ years in installation/construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train others on equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape install or landscape construction as crew lead or big crew member
• Valid driver’s license and able to be insured by the company
• Must be 18 years or older and able to train others on equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-4 crew members in landscape installation projects
• Install trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Perform brush removal and new landscape and lawn installations
• Execute hardscape installations, including pavers and retaining walls
• Conduct large-scale pruning and other landscape construction tasks
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
