Job summary

The Company is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. You will guide crews with precision and efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.

This full-time role in Ohio requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 5 years of landscape experience; a degree in landscape design or horticulture is advantageous. Travel is rare; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver license in good standing.
• 5 Years landscape experience.
• 5-10 years landscape industry preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor degree in landscape design, horticulture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages landscape crew.
• Ensures training for each designated job.
• Participates in job site safety briefings.
• Ensures use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Instructs crew on job site security procedures.
• Performs installation work in accordance with standards.
• Maintains equipment safety and maintenance procedures.
• Trains crew in best practices of installation and company standards.
• Coordinates workflow and communicates production goals with crew and clients.
• Monitors tools and equipment for maintenance.
