- Direct hands-on field activities including land grading, irrigation setup, hardscape installation, planting, and equipment operation.
- Read project plans to verify installation layout and maintain high quality standards.
- Coordinate tasks with project managers and site superintendents to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Mentor field workers by enforcing safety practices and improving skills.
- Resolve real-time site challenges to prevent delays while maintaining quality.
