Job summary

Greenlife Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Install Foreman to lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality workmanship from start to finish.

This hands-on leadership role requires reading plans, coordinating with management, tracking labor hours and materials, training crew members, and maintaining a safe, productive jobsite in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and details.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Execute installations including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules before start.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgeted hours and quality standards.
• Track labor hours and materials and report daily production.
• Communicate progress, issues, and changes to management.
• Train, coach, and develop crew members and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Operate equipment as needed and ensure tools are properly used and maintained.
