Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
• At least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to read plans and execute landscaping projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks based on job needs, crew capacity, and site conditions.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
• Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and provide timely project updates.
• Inspect landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles to confirm proper operation and readiness.
• Maintain job site organization and ensure materials and supplies are used efficiently.
• Assist with estimating labor and materials for projects by contributing on-site insight and observations.
• Monitor project progress and report updates, delays, and issues to management promptly.
• Read and interpret plans to support accurate installation and execution of landscaping scope.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adjust work methods to keep projects moving.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive team environment and set expectations for safe work practices.
