Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman for MD Landscaping to lead a crew on premier outdoor projects. You will ensure safety, schedule work, and maintain quality, communicating with Project Managers and designers.

This full-time on-site role requires 3+ years in landscape foreman or crew lead, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train staff and manage equipment use on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field and landscape Foreman/Crew Lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license with approval from company fleet insurance.
• Skilled in using laser levels, zip line levels, skid steers, tillers, trenchers, demo saws and hand tools.
• Skilled knowledge in planting, irrigation, pavers, stonework, grading and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew, monitor safety, ensure quality, and follow project plans.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and designers throughout the job.
• Provide customer updates and maintain tidy, safe job sites.
• Delegate tasks and train crew on installation methods and equipment use.
• Manage daily time keeping and report project progress.
