Job summary

Roche Landscaping Services – Maryland is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple active landscape installation and maintenance projects across Maryland. This hands-on field leadership role involves coordinating crews, schedules, materials, and client expectations to deliver high-quality results on time.

A valid driver’s license is required, OSHA 30 is preferred, and landscape or project management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily between active job sites in a company-provided truck.
• Coordinate crews, scheduling, materials, and field logistics.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and production timelines.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications.
• Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates and expectations.
• Attend project meetings and generate field reports.
• Maintain safety compliance and company standards on all job sites.
