Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in landscape enhancements or commercial landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
• Experience leading a crew and coordinating site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and work with a crew of 2-5 on enhancement projects.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations.
• Enforce safety policies and daily site safety checks.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment; maintain vehicles.
• Keep crew on schedule and communicate with Project Managers.
