Job summary

Clean Scapes, the leading commercial landscaping contractor in Texas, is seeking a Crew Leader for our Houston operations. You will lead a 2–5 person crew on landscape enhancement projects, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and enforce safety on busy outdoor sites in all Texas weather.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and hands-on experience with landscape installation tools.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with small crews.
• Strong knowledge of landscape enhancements and installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and work with a crew of 2–5 on landscape enhancement projects.
• Ensure work meets project specs and client expectations.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct daily site checks and ensure PPE use.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment; maintain company vehicles and trailers.
• Keep the crew on schedule; coordinate daily tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate progress with Project Managers on material needs/challenges.
• Mentor crew on installation techniques and safety.
• Complete basic daily reporting (time sheets, logs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
