Job summary

Clean Scapes, the largest commercial landscaping contractor based in Texas, is hiring an Enhancements Crew Leader for our Houston operations. You will lead a 2-5 person crew on landscape enhancement projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion in a full-time outdoor role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape enhancement/construction techniques.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable leading and working outdoors in all Texas weather conditions.
• 1-3+ years of landscape enhancements or construction experience; crew lead preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and work alongside a crew of 2-5 members on landscape enhancement projects.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct daily site safety checks, and ensure PPE usage.
• Manage job site tools, materials, and equipment; maintain company vehicles and trailers.
• Keep the crew on schedule, coordinate daily tasks, and troubleshoot site issues.
• Communicate progress to Project Managers regarding job status and needs.
• Mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety standards.
• Complete basic daily reporting (time tracking, job sheets, material logs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
