Clean Scapes, the largest commercial landscaping contractor based in Texas, seeks an Enhancements Crew Leader for Austin, TX. Lead a crew of 2-5 on landscape enhancement projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

This full-time, outdoor role requires strong leadership, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in Texas weather. Experience in landscape enhancements or construction is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape enhancement/construction techniques.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable leading and working outdoors in Texas weather.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Direct, supervise, and work with a crew of 2-5 on landscape enhancement projects.
• Quality & Execution: Ensure work meets project specs and client expectations.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety policies and wear PPE.
• Equipment & Inventory: Manage tools, materials, and equipment; maintain vehicles.
• Production & Efficiency: Keep crew on schedule and coordinate tasks.
• Communication: Update Project Managers on progress and needs.
• Training: Mentor crew on installation techniques and safety.
• Administrative: Complete daily reporting as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
