The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years in landscape enhancements or commercial landscaping, strong leadership and communication, and dependable, outdoors-ready work ethic. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a major plus; a valid driver's license is preferred; health coverage and 401(k) options are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in landscape enhancements, construction, or commercial landscaping
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred, clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and work with a crew of 2-5 on landscape enhancement projects
• Ensure work meets project specs and client expectations
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage on site
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment; maintain company vehicles and trailers
• Keep crew on schedule and coordinate daily tasks; troubleshoot site issues
• Mentor Crew Members on installation techniques and safety standards
• Complete basic daily reporting (time tracking, job sheets, material logs)
