Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for Southview Design in Saint Paul, MN. You will supervise Supervisors-in-Training and crews on plant installation, hardscaping, and irrigation, ensuring projects meet high quality standards and budgets.

You will coordinate with project managers, read plans, manage materials, and mentor crew members while ensuring safety and efficiency. Requires 3+ years supervising landscape teams and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in landscape construction.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, delegate, and provide feedback.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Project Managers, design team, clients to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assign tasks to crew based on skill, monitor performance and address issues.
• Lead and mentor crew to install projects meeting safety and quality standards.
• Read landscape plans and coordinate material delivery to stay on schedule.
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper storage of equipment.
• Possess valid driver’s license and maintain insurable driving record.
