Job summary

Southview Design is seeking a Crew Leader to guide Supervisors-in-Training and crews in bringing landscape projects to life—from planting and hardscaping to grading and irrigation. You will ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time completion while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials, reading plans, and enforcing safety policies. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets in a dynamic outdoor

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in landscape construction.
• Experience leading crews on plant installation and hardscaping projects.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specs.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors-in-Training and crew members to install projects to quality standards.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on schedule.
• Assign tasks based on crew skills and project requirements.
• Monitor crew performance and address quality or productivity issues.
• Ensure work site is clean, organized, and safe.
• Mentor crew in horticulture practices and proper installation.
