Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in Pleasanton, CA. You will manage a 2–5 person crew, ensure tasks are completed to BrightView standards, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality service.

You will supervise basic maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Training and feedback support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in landscape crew settings.
• Experience maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
• Ability to supervise 2–5 crew members.
• Maintain safety standards and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
