Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in the Phoenix area. You will manage a crew of 2–5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, and irrigation services.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with the Operations Manager, training crew members, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape crew and coordinating tasks.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate or transport equipment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage 2–5 crew members.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards.
• Schedule work, communicate with Operations Manager, and resolve client issues.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Log crew time and participate in branch meetings.
