Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage a 2–5 person crew. You will ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards, coordinating with the Operations Manager and handling a variety of service lines including maintenance, installation, and irrigation support.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety compliance, client communication, and training crew members.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications
• Experience in a landscape-related field
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers
• Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise 2–5 crew members and delegate tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and equipment maintenance.
