Job summary

Clippers Landscaping is hiring a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, mulching, pruning, planting, and other landscape maintenance tasks on assigned properties. You will follow plans with the Crew Leader, operate equipment, and help keep job sites safe and organized while meeting quality standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to read plans, and dependable attendance, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Candidates should be prepared for physical outdoor work and variable hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.
• Must be 18 years-of-age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping equipment and perform lawn maintenance according to plan and safety policy.
• Follow installation plans and assist the lead with project tasks.
• Safely transport, load, unload, and manage tools and supplies on site.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and report issues to supervisor.
