Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Crew Leader in Bluffton, SC to oversee landscape operations at client sites, managing a 2–5 member crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards.

The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, with focus on client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications required or preferred.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew performance.
• Help develop and train crew members.
