Job summary

Exscape Group is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a 2-3 person crew in delivering landscape maintenance and construction services. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship in outdoor environments.

You will plan, execute, and supervise tasks, coordinate with management for project requirements, and ensure on-time completion while maintaining high safety standards. Snow operations may be part of duties, with potential after-hours.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Experience in landscape maintenance.
• Familiarity with safe use of landscape equipment.
• Knowledge of first aid and safety precautions.
• Ability to lead a small crew and give instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train a crew of 2-3 team members.
• Coordinate with management and sales staff on project requirements.
• Perform hands-on landscape tasks and operate tools.
• Monitor budgets, track material costs, and ensure timekeeping.
• Maintain communication with management on progress and customer satisfaction.
