Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is looking for a Crew Leader Enhancement to supervise a crew of 2+ members and provide hands-on leadership in landscape enhancement, soil work, planting, watering, and insect control. You will ensure client standards while driving operational efficiencies.

The role requires 2+ years in landscape installation, 1+ year in lawn care with supervisory experience, and a valid CDL. Knowledge of equipment operation and reading drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a good record.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
